Insider Buying · SEC Form 4
A director spends their own money on their own company for one reason — they think it's going up. We read SEC Form 4 filings and show only genuine open-market purchases (not grants or option exercises). When several insiders buy at once, pay attention.
Insider disclosures lag the trade by days and are a weak-but-real edge over weeks — which suits a swing horizon. Buying is signal; selling is mostly noise (insiders sell for taxes, houses, diversification). Educational only — not investment advice.
