EHR launch

Launching mdvin from the EHR (SMART App Launch): roadmap, designed and not built

The design: the EHR opens mdvin with launch and iss; mdvin reads the EHR's /.well-known/smart-configuration, signs the user in through the authorization-code flow with PKCE, asks for launch openid fhirUser patient/*.read, and resolves the launch patient through the master patient index to Member 360. Provider scope still applies: a patient outside the provider's attributed panel is answered as not found.

Roadmap: launch from the EHR
Today: the provider signs in to mdvin and works from the provider workspace, entered through a direct link to a member and an opportunity. There is no stub EHR, and nothing in mdvin claims a live EHR launch. The EHR launch stays on the roadmap until there is a real EHR to launch from.

Four of these are computed from live data and state their method. Two are reported as not yet measured: member experience needs survey instrumentation the platform does not collect, and contract success cannot be claimed before a payer reconciles settlement. A plausible number would be worse than a blank.
